When and How to Pay Deposits and Fees

It is illegal in the State of California to pay money in exchange for the sexual gratification of either party.

Do not ask me for sex, ever.

If you violate this rule, your session will be immediately terminated without refund.

Payment Method

You must use Cash App to pay deposits and fees for services. You may also use Cash App for tips, or you may tip with cash at the end of your session. There is a folio on the credenza where you may discretely place a cash tip if you like.

To use Cash App, send to my CashTag ($Ferule) or scan the QR code with your phone.

IMPORTANT: When you send money, you must include all four of the following so that I can credit you properly:

  1. Your full name (which can be different than your Cash App name or Cash Tag)
  2. The email address you use with me
  3. Reason for this payment, one of: Booking Deposit; Session Fee (balance); Tip; Gift; or Application Fee
  4. Date and time of the session for which you are paying (if applicable)

Cash App is a reliable and relatively private way to send discrete payments. If you are concerned about your husband, partner, or family member seeing what you are doing then you should create a separate Cash App account using a separate email address to which only you have access.

Payment, Cancellation, and Rescheduling Policies

Payment Policies

  • Application Fee - Due when you submit your application. Non-refundable but can be applied toward your first session if you are accepted as a client.
  • Booking Deposit – Due when you submit a booking appointment request.
  • Session Fee – Balance is due 72 hours before your session. Available in one-hour increments.
  • Extended Session Fee – Due before your session is extended. Available in 30-minute increments.

Cancellation Policy

A change to your session is considered a cancellation if you do not simultaneously re-book your session for a new date and time. I spend time preparing and planning for each of your sessions. When you cancel a booking you are disrespecting my time and efforts. You will be dropped as a client if you cancel repeatedly and/or without good cause.

  • Cancellation Window – 72 hours
  • Before Cancellation Window – Your Session Fee, if paid already, will be refunded minus the Booking Deposit which can be applied toward a future booking on the first cancellation only. After the first cancellation, the Booking Deposit is forfeited and cannot be applied toward a future booking.
  • Inside Cancellation Window – Your total Session Fee including the Booking Deposit will not be refunded and cannot be applied toward a future booking.

Rescheduling Policy

You must provide a reason to be approved for rescheduling. Rescheduling your session without an acceptable reason is not respectful of my time and efforts. Do not ask to reschedule without a very good reason and be prepared to justify your request. You will be dropped as a client if you reschedule repeatedly.

When you reschedule a session, your Session Fee will be applied to your new session time. 

  • Rescheduling Window – 24 hours
  • Before Rescheduling Window – There is no additional fee for your first rescheduling. You will be charged the Reschedule Fee for subsequent reschedules.
  • Inside Rescheduling Window – You will be charged the Reschedule Fee.

Late Arrival Policy

Session Fees are not refundable or prorated if you arrive late. I might be willing to extend your session for good cause at my discretion.
